  • We celebrated our first anniversary in Amitie and we are very much satisfied. We ordered the set meal for 2 which includes all of the foods attached here including 2 drinks (iced lemon tea and hot tea). I can say that this is one of the best meals I had. The steak is cook to the desired doneness and the other dishes are outstanding as well. The staff are very attentive and hospitable. This is something I would definitely recommend to our family and friends visiting Hong Kong.

  • **Canadian Snow Crab Roe & Meat Cream Sauce Spaghetti - $198** Wow! This dish is a must-try! If it’s listed as a special on the blackboard when you visit, make sure to order it. Let’s start with the Canadian snow crab—it’s incredibly creamy, rich, and packed with natural sweetness. The crab meat is plump, juicy, and full of texture, making every bite satisfying. The snow crab roe, although not overly abundant, adds an intense umami flavor that elevates the dish with every mouthful. As for the crab meat cream sauce, you can tell there’s no cutting corners here—the sauce is generously packed with visible strands of crab meat in every bite. The natural sweetness of the crab, combined with the creamy sauce, creates an indulgent and well-balanced flavor profile. The pasta itself is perfectly coated in the sauce, with the addition of mushrooms providing a delightful earthiness to complement the seafood. The portion size is generous and leaves you feeling full and satisfied. Overall, this dish is a standout and worth every penny! --- **Passion Fruit Cheesecake (Add-on for $30)** The passion fruit cheesecake has a subtle touch of passion fruit flavor, with a noticeable crunch from the fruit seeds. However, the cheesecake itself leans more toward the creamy side, with only light hints of passion fruit and cheese flavor. The base, made from digestive biscuits, provides a nice crunch that contrasts well with the soft texture of the cake. The presentation is simple yet elegant, with a subtle pattern on the top of the cake. What makes this dessert more exciting is the option to choose between two types of dressings—strawberry or chocolate. You can enjoy the cake with one sauce alone or mix and match both for a more dynamic flavor experience. Either way, the dressings complement the cake beautifully and add a little extra sweetness to finish your meal. --- The Canadian snow crab spaghetti steals the show with its creamy sauce, generous portions of crab meat, and satisfying flavors. While the passion fruit cheesecake is less bold in flavor, it’s still a delightful dessert, especially when paired with the optional dressings. This restaurant is a great spot for those who appreciate high-quality seafood dishes and indulgent comfort food.

  • The menu is diverse, blending creative flair with exquisite flavors, making every dish a delightful surprise. We started with the fire-cooked half-raw tuna, complemented by yuzu miso sauce—refreshing and full of umami. The roasted king oyster mushrooms with black garlic sauce, baked stuffed abalone, and Hokkaido scallops are all seafood delicacies that showcase the ocean’s best. The lobster-infused risotto with tiger prawns is rich and savory, perfect for seafood lovers. For the main course, the 8oz premium U.S. sirloin steak is a highlight—succulent, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. Paired with a chilled fruit tea, it’s a refreshing palate cleanser that’s ideal for this season. The dessert, molten chocolate lava cake served with vanilla ice cream, is decadently rich and gooey—an indulgence that melts in your mouth. The balance of sweet and smooth makes it a perfect ending to the meal. Overall, this restaurant is not just about delicious food but also about a refined, memorable dining experience. Every dish reflects the chef’s dedication and craftsmanship, making it a place worth revisiting.
